Due to the nature of their projects across the UK (particularly North West UK), flexibility is essential, including working away from home and occasional night shifts.\n \n What’s in it for you?\n\n Our client is committed to investing in their people and offers a genuine platform for growth and professional development.\n\nSalary: £29,559 - £38,827 per year (dependent on experience) with potential for progression.\n\nGenerous Leave: 25 days annual leave with the opportunity to buy more.\n\nBenefits: Electric car scheme (where applicable), employee recognition schemes, family-friendly support, employee benefits/discounts app, employee assistance programmes, and an enhanced company pension.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct GPR and Utility Mapping surveys using state-of-the-art equipment.\n\nUndertake investigative utility surveys and complete all required paperwork accurately.\n\nEngage professionally with site surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and clients.\n\nGenerate detailed Utility Survey Reports.\n\nPerform appropriate quality control checks and issue data to CAD.\n\nProvide mentorship and training to Trainee and Junior Surveyors as required.\n\nOffer technical support to Project Managers and internal staff members.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional with:\n\nA minimum of 2 years' Utility Surveying experience.\n\nExcellent knowledge and practical experience of underground utility tracing and GPR.\n\nProven ability to post-process GPR data.\n\nWorking knowledge and understanding of PAS 128:2014 specification surveys.\n\nAbility and willingness to work flexibly, including travel and night work as required.\n\nA full UK manual driving licence and valid CSCS Card.\n\nDesirable: Ability to use CAD software, ProQual (NVQ) Level 3, and SSSTS.\n\nFOR MORE INFORMATION - Apply Today or call Simon Cowley on (phone number removed)
