Change Manager – HR / Finance Transformation\n\n📍 London / Hybrid\n💰 £300 per day PAYE / Up to £450 per day Umbrella\n📄 6 Month Contract\n\nWe’re supporting a large, complex organisation undergoing significant HR and Finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join an established programme team on a contract basis.\n\nThis is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace within an existing change framework. The successful candidate will support delivery across a range of change activities, helping stakeholders adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.\n\nThis is not a strategic transformation leadership role — we’re looking for a practical, delivery-focused Change Manager who can quickly pick up defined workstreams and produce high-quality outputs with minimal direction.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\n * Producing and maintaining core change artefacts\n\n * Supporting stakeholder engagement activities\n\n * Developing communications and training materials\n\n * Supporting workshops, briefings and rollout activity\n\n * Gathering inputs from programme stakeholders\n\n * Tracking delivery activity and maintaining momentum across assigned workstreams\n\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n\n * Proven Change Management experience within complex programmes\n\n * Experience supporting organisational, process or system change\n\n * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\n\n * Ability to work independently and deliver at pace\n\n * Experience working within established change frameworks and plans\n\n * Familiarity with PROSCI or similar change methodologies\n\nIdeal background\n\n * Large-scale transformation programmes\n\n * HR, Finance or ERP-related change\n\n * Public sector, higher education or similarly complex environments\n\n * Contract/interim change delivery roles\n\nThis role would suit someone pragmatic, collaborative and delivery-focused who enjoys being part of a wider programme team and getting things done.\n\nPlease apply for immediate consideration
